Featured High Temperature Insulation Products & Materials
High-Silica Fabric
The high silica oxide fabric is woven from high silica oxide fibers, with a silica content of ≥ 96%. It is an excellent alternative to asbestos cloth and ceramic fiber cloth. The continuous usage temperature is 1000℃, and it can withstand a short-term temperature of 1650℃.
High Temperature High Silica Tape
The high silica oxide braided tape is made by weaving high silica oxide yarn. The silicon dioxide content is ≥ 96%, and it has excellent electrical insulation, low thermal conductivity, and low thermal shrinkage properties. The continuous working temperature is 1000℃.
Basalt Fiber Sleeve
Basalt fiber casing is made from high-quality basalt fibers through processing and surface treatment. Basalt fiber, known as a “21st-century material,” offers excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, acids/alkalis, corrosion, and radiation, with good insulation and high-temperature filtration performance.
High-Silica-Oxygen Fiber Sleeve
The high silica oxide sleeve is made of high silica oxide fibers and possesses excellent properties such as smoothness, softness, high temperature resistance, fire resistance, personal protection, and insulation.
Fire-Retardant Sleeve
The high-performance fireproof and flame-retardant sleeve is woven from non-alkaline glass fibers or expansive fibers into a tube, then coated with organic refractory silicone and heat-treated.
