Ceramic fiber sleeving is mainly produced by adopting traditional textile manufacturing techniques. Aluminum silicate refractory fibers are spun into yarns, reinforced with fiberglass or heat-resistant steel wire, and then woven into ceramic fiber sleeves using specialized weaving processes and equipment.
Ceramic fiber sleeving is lightweight, resistant to high temperatures, thermally insulating, acid- and alkali-resistant, and non-toxic. It also features high tensile strength and toughness.
